Welcome to the Pancake Gallery!
Raised in Amsterdam representing New York, London and Aruba. The vision is to join together an international collective of artists, from musicians, to DJs, to directors, to actors, to dancers and more; creating unique international events for the public. The productions we craft and develop represent a host of new and fresh ideas for the future of the artist, their genre and the partnerships and collaborations made. The Pancake Gallery’s main goal is an exchange of information by “integrating and connecting international arts communities” through a variety of projects ranging from self-directed theater productions, exhibitions, the development of educational art programs and hosting creative events. The Pancake Gallery’s strongly believes in the importance of arts through education, focusing on the Caribbean where this is often not motorized. Bringing together cities, cultures and all Art genres by collectively creating opportunities to share artistic knowledge, experiences, skills and talent we encourage international based education between a network of people around the world. Life's motto
Ayra grew up at the Lucia Marthas Dance Academy in Amsterdam where she danced for over 10 years and develop her foundation for a life in the arts. With over 12 years experience in Music and Entertainment, she’s succeeded a range of job roles including Management, PR & Marketing and Editor for both the Music and Fashion industry. Her work has allowed her to travel the world and settle in cities including Los Angeles, London, New York and Aruba.
As she continues to let her work take her around the globe, she is now the fulltime Managing Director and Executive Producer for The Pancake Gallery and Writer/Editor for her PR agency “CPR”.

Life’s motto
Theater Director Ira Kip was born and raised in Amsterdam. With a background in dance she studied at the Lucia Marthas Dance Academy, the DNA theater program and at the School of Arts in Amsterdam. In 2009 she received her MFA in directing and producing theater at the New School for Drama. She launched her production company The Pancake Gallery in 07, creating a platform for artist, taking take their careers abroad, focusing on Amsterdam, London and New York. Her foundation in Aruba (which is where part of her roots lie) focuses on developing educational arts programs for the youth on the island during the summer vacation. She is currently active as a Theater Director in the US
and Europe.
